Make sure you know how to use all the items in your bag correctly, especially medicines. Train other members of your family to use the bag. You may be the one who needs first aid. Gather protective gear, such as latex gloves, in the box and use them to protect yourself from fluids that come out of people's bodies. Others, check your bag twice a year and replace expired medications.
